Vi has one dream: to bring the world to life with a career in art, despite her mom pressuring her to go to college for a “real job.” But when she transports to a fantasy realm where her drawings literally come to life, she faces bigger problems. A sorcerer terrorizing the land will use his illustrations to destroy anyone who threatens his plans—including Vi.

The lines between right and wrong blur when Vi realizes she and the sorcerer have more in common than she’d like to think. Somehow she’ll have to face him and find her way home before her pencil—or her life—runs out.
